The Professional Bartending School of Knoxville has been located in Knoxville since 1998. The Professional Bartending School of Knoxville is approved through the Tennessee Higher Education and meets their standards of an educational institute.
You will be trained by instructors that have been in the bar business for over 5 years and have worked in night clubs, country clubs and restaurants. Each instructor has been approved by the Tennessee Higher Education and is a qualified instructor of mixology.

Professional Bartending schools believe that you can not learn how to be a well skilled bartender by learning on the job, from a book or over the internet. This is a profession that needs to be trained and learned by hands on training. You will spend 70% of the class making drinks and mastering your techniques to be the best.
Our school has trained over 1,500 students over the last 8 years. Our students are working in some of the funniest places in Knoxville such as Cherokee County Club, Holston Hills gulf course, Holiday Inns, Cotton Eye Joes, Rainbow, and Electric Cowboy to mention a few.
We have trained mixoligest straight out of high school, college students and business professionals, bartending is for anyone!

We offer local job placement assistance to all of our graduates. Upon graduation, the graduate may report to the job placement office for one-on-one job placement assistance. Our Job Placement Director's job is to assist each student in finding the job that they want. Professional Bartending Schools have achieved a placement rate of over 90% nationwide
Cliff Jestice, our Job Placement Director and Instructor has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and has served in every capacity of the bar and restaurant business including bartender, manager and general manager. Cliff works full-time at our Knoxville campus.
Our Job Placement Director is responsible for maintaining a current list of job openings. Bar owners and managers regularly call our schools when they have an opening for a bartender. In addition, our staff makes regular calls to bars and restaurants to help them meet their staffing needs. Our services are free to bars and restaurants, and we work very hard to help them meet their staffing goals.
